“A Common Word Between Us and You”
Presenting A Mirage For You To Pursue (Page 19)
Here in the West, Muslims are fighting a battle to gain wide acceptance and legitimacy of Islam. They are eagerly painting a picture of Islam as a peaceful, loving belief system and way of life (a mirage). Part of their strategy involves convincing the western world that Christianity and Islam have common roots (a mirage). In this they have already gained much ground. One of their means is to use such terms as: love of God, love of neighbor, Torah, God, Jesus, Mary, the prophets, judgment day, angels and heaven (paradise), etc. in an effort to show commonalities. The result of building bridges with the Muslims will not result in the unity that they expect. Islam will not comprise for you, neither for your forthcoming generations.
A Different Love (Page 20)
In the letter “A Common Word Between Us and You” the Islamic scholars quoted certain verses from the Quran emphasizing “love in the Quran.” Yet love is a foreign idea for the Muslim. If one differs from Islamic views or denies the teachings of Islam, he will be rewarded with death. Would you define that as “love?
As followers of Christ, we know that loving one another includes honesty, truth, equality, freedom, trust, compassion, forgiveness, etc. This idea of love is non-existent in the Islamic mind. If anyone dares to say anything against Muhammad or Islamic teachings, he will be killed as an infidel. A fatwa (religious ruling) may be issued and jihad will be implemented against him.
The Art of Deception (Pages 20-21)
The Muslim scholars speaks of the “Love in the Quran.” This is clearly a deception. In the Quran, Allah is said to be the greatest deceiver, schemer, and plotter of all.
Quran 8:30 And when those who disbelieve plot against thee (O Muhammad) to wound thee fatally, or to kill thee or to drive thee forth, they plot, but Allah (also plotteth; and Allah is the best of plotters
Quran 4:142 Lo! the hypocrites seek to beguile Allah, but it is He who beguileth them. When they stand up to worship they perform it languidly and to be seen of men, and are mindful of Allah but little.
Ishaq:323 I am the best of plotters. I deceived the with my guile so that I delivered you from them.
“Al-Taqiyya” is an integral part of Islamic thought and practice.
This Arabic word “Al-Taqiyya” literally means:
“Concealing or disguising one’s beliefs, convictions, ideas, feelings, opinions, and/or strategies at a time of imminent danger, whether now or later in time, to save oneself from physical and/or mental injury.” A one-word translation would be “dissimulation, or perhaps better described, religious sanctioned cowardice.”
“Dissimulation” – to hide under false appearance [Merriam-Webster]
“a form of deception in which one conceals the truth. It differs from simulation, in which one exhibits false information. Dissimulation commonly takes the form of concealing one’s ability in order to gain the element of surprise over an opponent.
After looking at the above definitions and also knowing the content of “A Common Word Between us and you,” I boldly state that “A Common Word Between Us and You” is a deceptive document. It is “Al-Taqiyya.”
“What Islamic Scholars Forget to Tell the Pope” (Pages 21-23)
In his writing, “What Islamic Scholars Forget to Tell the Pope,” Durie explains that “A Common Word” came from the Royal Aal Al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought in Amman, Jordan. This institute’s website, Allafsir.com, [called “the largest and greatest online collection of Quranic commentary, translation, recitation, and essential resources in the world” contains fatwas, issued by the Institute’s chief scholars which calls for the death of those who leave Islam].
Dr. Mark Durie was the first to see the fatwas stating:
“There is no freedom of Muslims to choose whether to believe in Islam, and no human rights for Christians who have left Islam.”
And for those Christians and Muslims who are not killed, the fatwas condemn such to a living death as a non-person.
This institute doesn’t believe in “freedom of religion” and “loving the neighbor.”
Hidden behind the scene of this letter to the Pope and all of Christendom is an ideology and teaching of prejudice, hate, violence, and killing toward anyone who does not believe in, submit to, or bow down to Islamic doctrine.
The Truth according to Jesus
“But let your ‘Yes be Yes” and your “No, No’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.” (Matthew 5:37)
Jesus teaches in the Gospel of Matthew that whatever the circumstances are, one had to cling to the truth. He cannot change his account or testimony. It is non-negotiable, for veracity is a characteristic of godliness.
The Use of Deception
In Islam, lies and deception are encouraged as long as one is promoting this “true” religion. Deception is a part of jihad used to confuse the enemy. If a Muslim is under an oath, he can twist the truth for the cause of Islam. This is accepted as part of his belief system.
The Permission to Use Deception
Bukhari VNB52N268: “Allah’s Apostle said, ‘War is deceit.”
Quran 5:41 “Whomever Allah wants to deceive you cannot help. Allah does not want them to know the truth because he intends to disgrace them and then torture them.”
Bukhari V6B6ON662: “Allah’s Apostle said, ‘Some eloquent speech is as effective as magic.”’
Bukhari V7B67N427: “The Prophet said, ‘if I take an oath and later find something else better than that, then I do what is better and expiate my oath”’
Quran 9:3 “Allah and His Messenger dissolve obligation.”
Quran 66:2 “Allah has already sanctioned for you the dissolution of your vows.”
Quran 2:9 “They deceive Allah and those who believes but they only deceive themselves and realize (it) not! In their hearts is a disease; and Allah has increased their disease. Grievous is the painful doom they (incur) because they (lie).
A Blindfold Effect
The liberal media in the West is giving a positive picture of Islam. They often minimize or inaccurately report the negative side of Islam. They frequently do not even report the many incidences of Christian persecution in Muslim countries.
The Practice of Deception (Pages 24-26)
A – Change of Identity
1. The Muslim will try not to mention the Islamic code of punishment (Sharia) during their conversation.
2. They emphasize their “common” belief in Moses and Jesus.
3. Islamic names can bring suspicion, fear, and create uneasiness among non-Muslims, therefore, they will disguise themselves by using names such as Al, Joe, and Moe.
4. They will use certain terms in the conversation.
5. They will not end their speeches with Islamic blessings that mean Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon you; rather, they use the Christian expression, “God bless you.”
6. During their program the backdrop will display the American flag but in Iran or other Islamic countries they will burn the American flag, and call America, “The great Satan.”
B – Change of Vocabulary
1. The Muslims, when conversing, use words like God, Peace, Equality, Love, Grace, Heaven, Justification, Sanctification, Hope and Salvation. These words are not even present in the Quranic vocabulary.
2. When the Muslims say the Bible has changed they do not talk about how they have twisted the original Arabic context of the Quran.
C – Change of Way of Life
1. They are supporting those political candidates whom they can manipulate to achieve their mission in order to have a strong influence while being positively recognized.
2. The Muslims actively and aggressively are reaching out to different Christian denominations and their leaders. Muslim “neighborhood get-togethers” are used as a platform to infuse their deceptive knowledge into the minds of Biblically “illiterate” Christians.
Martyr:
For a Muslim: A martyr is a person who dies for his faith, with a desired consequence of killing infidels along with himself with the definite assurance that he will enter into paradise.
For a Christian: A person who dies for his faith, usually as a result of being tortured then executed all the while keeping the faith.
Three Questions and Ten Answers (Pages 26-27)
1. Can A Devout Muslim Be an American Patriot and a Loyal Citizen?
2. Can A Muslim Become A Good American Citizen?
3. Can a good Muslim be a good American?
Theologically – NO, because his allegiance is to Allah…
Religiously – NO, because no other religion is accepted by his Allah except Islam (Quran, 2:256)
Scripturally – NO, because his allegiance is to the five pillars of Islam and the Quran
Geographically – NO, because his allegiance is to Mecca, to which he turns in prayer five times a day
Socially – NO, because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews.
Politically – NO, because he must submit to the mullah (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel and Destruction of America, the great Satan.
Domestically – NO, because he is instructed to marry four women and beat and scourge his wife when she disobeys him (Quran 4:34)
Intellectually – NO, because he cannot accept the American Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and he believes the Bible to be corrupt
Philosophically – NO, because Islam, Muhammad, and the Quran do not allow freedom of religion and expression. Democracy and Islam cannot co-exit. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic.
Spiritually – NO, because when we declare “one nation under God,” the Christian’s God is loving and kind, while Allah in NEVER referred to as heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in The Quran’s 99 excellent names.
We should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country. They cannot be both “good” Muslims and “good” Americans. Democracy and Islam CANNOT co-exist. Muslims are not permitted to be good Americans by their religion.
Now, Do You Recognize The Depths of Their Deception?
Will You Continue To Pursue A Mirage?
If we would only open our eyes, we would see clearly the deception, threats, murders, and acts of terrorism being committed and accurately reported on a dayd-to-day basis in the conservative media. Is it not crystal clear that Islamic ideology demands strict obedience and is a religion of intolerance, control and terror?
My earnest pleas to you is to not let Muslims deceive you into believing that Islam is a legitimate extension of Christianity. The Bible makes it clear that, “last of all,” God the Father sent his Son Jesus (Matthew 21:37(, and that the Bible is God’s last revelation (Revelation 22:18). Jesus warns, “There shall arise false prophets that if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” (Matthew 24:24)
